Lucy Lawless to Perform at AIDS Benefit

Lucy Lawless will be one of the performers at “Help is on the Way XIII: Goes to the Movies,” a benefit for San Francisco Bay Area AIDS programs. The show will take place August 5th and will include dancers, Broadway stars, American Idol finalists and a plethora of entertaining personalities. Tickets to the concert are $75, and tickets to the concert and gala are just $175 more. There are also other opportunities to get involved as a small or large sponsor that allow you to go to a post-performance party with Lucy, starting at only $250.

Help is on the Way is the annual fundraiser of the Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation, and based on the pictures from last year these folks know how to throw a good party. It looks like a fun evening, a chance to see Lucy in concert, and a great opportunity to support a good cause as proceeds go to support charity efforts related to AIDS relief.
