Are You Really Watching BSG?

image Are you really Watching BSG this season?  I ask because I recently discovered that every single one of the friends that got me into this show have not been watching Season Four so far. 

Every one.  They have them recorded, but they have not been watching … how is this possible?

There are excuses that make sense, of course.  Busy schedules, lack of time, or a desire to watch them all in May in one marathon day when there will be fewer frustrating cliff-hangers to foil the blood pressure.

But I wonder how many more fans out there are like that, and if there is not something larger at work?  Perhaps, like Admiral Adama, my friends want to prolong the end.  Perhaps they are not alone.  So I ask the readers of this blog - are you watching Season Four?

    Currently I’m watching the episodes as they air. But as we get closer to the break, in a couple of weeks, I might start slowing down. Save them for when I can’t stand the break anymore.

    Yes, I’m watching them as they air. I have thought of not watching them each week and just waiting for this part of the season to be over and then watching all at once… it is *really* frustrating to wait an entire week for the continuation/answers/more details about plots etc. But we can’t help it… we can’t not watch it when it airs! Though, I have gone ahead and cheated just a little bit and read up on a few small but key spoilers. Made me feel a bit less overwhelmed by anticipation and bit more in control of the obsession over BSG.

    Dang right, I’m watching! And re-watching! (Yep, I TiVo the eps so I can feed my addiction.)
